18 minute EMOM

Minute 1 : 10 KB Deadlifts (24/16) and 5 Burpee Over Kettlebell
Minute 2 : 8 Pullups and 8 PushUps
Minute 3 : 12 FR Reverse Lunges and 6 KB Swings

Conditioning

As a Team of 3 Ski/Row or Bike 5km

Each team member does max 250m of work at any one time.
Resting team members – 5 synchro burpees EMOM.
