AMRAP x 20 mins
8 Pullups/JPU/Ring Rows
8 Burpees over the Bar
8 Push Press (30/20)

* Partner 1 completes AMRAP while partner 2 runs 400m.
Score is total number of full rounds of the AMRAP.
