16min: Metcon (Time)
Clean & Jerk 40/27.5 (Rx+ 60/42.5)
Partner with someone using the same weight. Where possible use 1 Bar & 1 Rower, each partner to complete all reps.
Partner 1 will complete 15 C&J and start rowing at this point Partner 2 begin their 15 C&J. Continue through workout until both partners have completed all reps.
