OUR coaches
Jean-Michelle Piers
COACH
A Personal Trainer since the mid-90s had his outlook on training and fitness in general radically changed when he discovered CrossFit in 2013. Although highly qualified as a personal trainer, Jean-Michelle switched allegiance to CrossFit, rapidly gained accreditation and qualifications to develop his skills as a CrossFit Trainer which resulted in him opening 360 with Matt in 2014.
Matt Hamilton
COACH
A former chubby kid turned fitness fanatic. Starting 360 from his garden in 2012, 1to1 and Bootcamp took a quick change after discovering CrossFit in 2013. The vision for what 360 is today soon took shape after meeting Jean-Michelle later that year.
Colby Ellis
COACH
Colby started his personal journey with 360 back in 2016 transitioning from commercial gym life and has been coaching since 2019. An avid mental health enthusiast, Colby firmly believes that PMA fitness is the best form of mental therapy.
Ciara Nodwell
COACH
Joining the coaching team 2019 and has been a member since 2018. She thoroughly enjoys expanding on her technical knowledge. Lucy Eggleton
COACH
I started CrossFit in 2017 and love everything about it! It challenges me both physically and mentally and the community aspect is infectious, which I didn't experience much of in a conventional gym. I really enjoy seeing other people progress, no matter what their goal.
Andy Gray
COACH
Transitioned to CrossFit from endurance sports. Competed in multiple marathons and IronMan 70.3. Now sharing his passion for CrossFit and how to integrate it into an Endurance Program.
